At Parbat Herbal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are herbal wellness and consumable items, our return and refund policy is designed to maintain product safety and hygiene standards while ensuring fair treatment for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or partially consumed items cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales marked "Final Sale"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges paid.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return policy will apply upon delivery.
